WebPs no longer visible in WebGL version

Hey, I reported a bug a while ago for the WebGL2 where pngs have a weird border around them when transparent.

https://rive.app/community/forums/bugs/fsLjspgTHYcR/webgl2-not-displaying-transparency-correctly/ftMi4uAXOOLX

I found that webps did not have this issue. I wasn't sure when this bug would be fixed so I went through my rive files and replaced my pngs that contained transparency with webps. I was having issues with the latest build of the WebGL2 runtime so I updated the WebGL runtime with Skia today to 2.21.3 and now all my webps are gone.

I was able to load the WebGL2 library again in the meantime to get the game to work but assets I replace during runtime still have the original bug with the ugly border, even with webps

You can see it mainly around the limbs like the arms and legs and the body

I know the plan is to move completely to the RiveRenderer for WebGL but I'm kind of stuck between these two versions right now, neither of which are very presentable.
