Why can't I receive the invitation message when I invite a partner to join the team?

I am unable to invite my partner to join my Workspace. And I tried to ask my friend to invite me to join his Workspace using his Rive account, but I couldn't receive any notification of the invitation.

This may be a bug in Rive, I don't know why.

Hi According to our logs, the invitations were created. If you haven't already done so, please check the spam/junk folders.

The invitations will not appear in the Notifications section - that area is for notifications of comments on your Community posts (and other activities as we make enhancements to Notifications).
