Very thin outline around clipped shape

So I followed this color setup here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ywY_ziweoc

And everything works great! ... Except I can't seem to remove the very thin outlines that appeared around the shapes.

I notice that it happens when 2 identical shapes are directly on top of each other and the shape under is in a darker color. I could make the under shape smaller to prevent it... but I need them to be exact same for this setup to work properly. It's also happening to the eye example from the video; becomes more visible if you make the iris all white :(

Is there any way to remove the outline? Any thoughts would help a lot, thanks!

Hi Thanks for sharing this. I'll share it with the team to see if there are any bugs or issues. In the meantime, one thing you can do is add a scroll, maybe 0.5, in white for the dark shape behind you.

Hi! Thanks so much for the reply. Can I ask what you mean by 'add a scroll'?

Ops!!.. Sorry. i mean a stroke.

Ah yes, I did try to add a stroke, unfortunately the black outline just became a lighter color. I notice it's more visible when the under-shape color is black; but disappears when it's pure white. Attached a video to show what I mean.

Not sure if this is intended or not, but hopefully it helps in some way.

I have the same issue! Even when hiding the colour fill of the object that is causing the outline it still persists. Weird! This is making some exports for me unusable and I don't know how to work around this.

The same happens just with one shape using two fills. I was trying to find a workaround to the same problem as you and even this doesn't work. This "small detail" is delaying all my work and no solution seems to work.
