Unable to delete or move projects and files

Hello,

I am having trouble deleting files and projects, and also I am unable to move files from one project to another. While attempting to do this, I am set up as a full admin that "has access" to the projects.

Please see the attached video for a better explanation. My user name and project names are blurred out but the main ideas are still visible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

we are looking into this. Do you mind sharing some more information?
Are you using the web app or the desktop app? From your screen share it appears to be the desktop app.
What operating system are you using?

Hi Apologies for the hassle, but there are a number of actions that are not currently supported in the editor: 1) Deleting from Trash; 2) Cut & pasting files or folders; and 3) Dragging files/folders between workspaces or projects. We realize that making those options available within the right-click menu is confusing, and we plan to do some cleanup of the UI as soon as we have some time. In the meantime, to move files/folders between workspaces/projects, you can use Copy & Paste and then delete the source file/folder. Hope that makes sense.

Oh, and Archiving a Project is the way to remove it from the side-panel. We do not currently support deleting a Project.

Hello Tonya... I think Chad answered this question but to also answer your question.. I am using the desktop version of RIVE, and running it on a MacBook Pro M1 with Sequoia 15.1.1. I did have one additional question for Chad however.
