RiveFormatErrorException

Trying to add rive to flutter but I get thrown the riveformaterrorexception. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I added the file to preview and it worked well and also in the rive app it worked. It doesn't let me publish the rive however. Need help figuring this out.

It looks like this is just a variation on the car wash example. Was it working with the clean.riv? Do you see the same issue if you use wristband.riv in this Codesandbox: https://zapp.run/edit/rive-car-wash-zf160614f170?entry=lib/main.dart&file=lib/main.dart
