Riv file size jumped from 41kb to 942kb

After adding a simple move on path animation, the size of the .riv file has grown over 20 times, and it keeps getting bigger even after removing that animation.
How to get rid of unused content?

A path shouldn't increase the file size that much. I typically only see this happen when a very large font or image gets added to an artboard. Would you mind sharing your .rev so I can take a closer look?

I had to add some text in the meantime and it has grow to 2.5Mb which is pretty accurate because font itself weights 1.6Mb. Flash made this pretty clever where you were able to select the characters that were used and ignore the rest. Is there something similar here?

Yes, you can do that in rive too! Just select the font in the Assets panel and update the Include value to "Glyphs used":

That's great - thank you very much!
I guess this solves the original problem as well - the size grows rapidly with embedded font(s).

Referencing Flash, is it possible to remove embed and let the runtime use device font? Changing it to "Referenced" doesn't seem to change the filesize.
