Remake the animation from libGDX to Rive

I'm using a macbook and want to remake an animation which previously made by using libGDX, which I got some of the assets right now. The animation would be use on flutter. I want to remake it by Rive. Those are the screenshot of the assets and screenshot of the animation. 

Currently, I use pen tool to redraw the shape and adding some animation. For the blink movement, it works. But I’m not sure how to make those blue and black stripes(figure below). I also have some other expressions with eye and mouth movements need to be complete. I’m not sure if there are some easier way to remake it. Really appreciated for any recommendations and suggestions.
