Iframe and Squarepsace

Hey There all

I have finished my project and shared to get the Embed Code needed for an iFrame, so It can be seen in a squarespace website. When I view the Rive file in an Share or Embed Link it works fines, but once you place it into an iFrame only parts of it work.

I've tried re-sharing the link but all it does is shift the problem to a different part of the Rive animation.

UPDATE: The issue I encountered was in Google Chrome, BUT if I try it in Safari, then the issue is not present.

We also tried an Embed Code Block in Squarespace instead, it says its successfully found the Rive url, BUT does not show the Rive creation.

UPDATE: I have has other peolpe check this and they get a different result, instead of the BC, NWT and Alberta not working, Nova Scotia. Ontario and Quebec are not working for them. So it doesn't seem to be a localized issue.

This is the URL - https://www.fieldservice.ca/projects-map

Any ideas on what is happening here would be great, thanks.

Hello, sorry you're running into this. Could you elaborate on what "only parts of it work." means so we know what to look for?

Hey

So the project is finished, it all works in the program, I create a shared link, I review the link and all is still working.

Once I use the Embed Code for iFrame and implement it into the site this is where I find issues.

When you mouse over the provinces, they change to a different shade of grey or white. But North West Territories, British Columbia and Calgary don't change when you mouse over them. They are also not clickable. Now here is the twist.

If I check it in the Safari browser it works fine. BUT if my colleague checks it on her google chrome browser 3 other provinces don.t work and the ones above do work.

Here is the .rev file.

Thanks for sending this over. I haven't been able to reproduce this on my end yet in Safari or Chrome (Version 128.0.6613.86 (Official Build) (arm64)).

Do you have more info about which browser versions you've spotted this on?
