Bug with variable width constrains?

Is this a bug or expected behavior?

Creating a Flexible Button In this video, I demonstrate my attempt to set up a button in iOS that can be resized with a flexible width and an icon on the right side. I showcase the button dimensions, icon constraints, and the desired behavior upon resizing. I seek to understand if the issues faced during numerical resizing are due to a display bug or expected behavior.

When I resized the artboard with the handles, it worked as expected.
But when I resize the artboard numerically, it doesn't work as expected 🤔

How would you set up a button (artboard) with a variable width resized at runtime and an icon positioned to the right?

Hi I'm going to discuss this with the developers, but I don't think this is possible in runtime for now. I think it will be possible when we release the layout constraint, but as I say, let me discuss it with the developers.

It seems that the possibility of using the artboard as a target is a bug. It is something that we could implement, but as I told you, with the layout constraint you can do this.

A button (artboard) that I can resize in width only later in code — I can do it, or I can't do it? 🤔

Using the artboard it is not possible. Right now, even though you can resize the artboard, the constraints are not going to work.

I am eagerly waiting. Layout constraints are much needed for devices with varying screen sizes (aka handheld devices) 🙏 If there is an early Beta program, let me know.
