Apple activity ring sparkle animation

I would like to create the Apple activity ring sparkle effect. This is how it looks: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/13AXGZsPbR0

I'm new to Rive and would appreciate any help.

Hey Roman! I started playing around with some ideas. Basically you'd create a single spark effect/particle on a nested artboard that loops, then add that to a main artboard and attach it to a circle using follow path, then duplicate it a bunch and adjust the distance on each nested artboard. Here's a WIP on the effect.
