Particle Effects system for things like smoke, confetti, flames, snow, etc.
Making something like snow seem random is cumbersome and a bit brittle with timelines.
It'd be awesome if we had a particle emitter system like Unity's, with speed, size, rotation, and other vars: https://learn.unity.com/tutorial/introduction-to-particle-systems#6025fdd9edbc2a112d4f0133
