Glitching anchor points

Hello everyone, I've been having this problem with the anchors points in my animation which they glitch at certain point and I'm unable to modify them, Does anyone know any way to fix this ??

Hey there,

I've only ever seen this happen when you have a joystick in the file. If you aren't using a joystick, would you mind sending us a copy of the file and we can take a look.
