Freeze not working with Nested Artboards
When trying to adjust the anchor point for a nested artboard, it behaves as usual as not as intended where it is possible to move the anchor.

Using Google Chrome (131.0.6778.109) on MacOS

The way to do this is to add the nested artboard to a group and change the anchor point of that group.
