Cannot reorder 'Fills and Strokes Foreground' with drag and drop

Found a straightforward bug - you cannot reorder the items within 'Fills and Strokes Foreground'

It still works for 'Fills and Strokes Background'

Using Rive desktop app version 0.8.2618
