Need Help with Rive Text Modifiers to create Text Reveal Effect

Hi Rive community! 👋

I tried different combinations with Text Modifier's Range, Falloff, and Offset; but still not able to achieve it. What I want is each character should come from top (opacity: 0) to bottom (Opacity 100%).

I already checked Wave Effect tutorial on YT, but no help.

Would love any tips or guidance! Thanks! 😊
