This cute little puffer (in its inflated form) is the logo of Shrink Studio. This animation brings it to life with swimming and bubble idle animations and inflate/deflate animations on hover.

Each spike has a bone and they're all pointed to a single IK target. The target moves to the center of the fish on hover, making the spikes point outwards in all directions.
